DESCRIPTION:This event is for Friends of the CCBC members only. This year\, the Annual meeting and Choices Day will take place ONLINE. \nThe Friends of the CCBC will host their annual meeting in conjunction with CCBC Choices Day\, celebrating the publication of CCBC Choices 2026\, on Saturday\, March 14\, 2026 from 9:00am to 10:30am CST. CCBC librarians will introduce selected titles from CCBC Choices 2026 as well as share observations about the publishing year. \nThis year\, the Annual meeting and Choices Day will take place ONLINE. This virtual offering is an effort to make the annual event accessible to a wider range of Friends. Just like the traditional in-person event\, the virtual Choices Day will not be recorded. \nA link to the virtual meeting room will be emailed to Friends members who register in advance. \n  \nSchedule \n9:00am – 9:30am Friends of the CCBC Annual Meeting \n9:30am-10:30am CCBC Choices 2026 Presentation \n  \nThere will be a brief break between the Annual Meeting and Choices 2026 presentation to allow for technical transitions as well as an audience stretch break. \nRegistration information will go out to Friends members in late January or early February\, 2026. If you purchased or renewed a Friends membership in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 and have not received an emailed invitation with a registration link by mid February\, please contact president@ccbcfriends.org no later than March 7\, 2026.
